PDF/UA checks, safe repairs, clear evidence
Fix technical PDF/UA issues automatically.
Review only what needs human judgment.
No account required. We repair what we can safely. It cannot guarantee accessibility. A person still needs to check meaning and reading order. You see the actual before-and-after result and exact price before you pay.
For communications teams and agencies: start with a text-based PDF that already has accessibility tags — its reading structure. Scans are outside our scope. We never sell a result without a reading structure.
Free check: €0. Files and review tools: €0.29/page, €2.90 minimum, VAT included. A specialist's review is not included.

HOW IT WORKS
Upload the PDF. PDFAccess validates it and analyzes the document structure.
Safe technical repairs are applied and the actual before-and-after result is shown.
After payment, handle human-review items and download the processed PDF with evidence.
PDF ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Accessibility requirements apply to many public-sector documents and to documents in certain consumer services. The publisher, service, publication date and purpose determine which duties apply.
PDFAccess checks a PDF for free, fixes supported technical issues and shows what still needs human review. A machine PDF/UA result is not a legal assessment and cannot by itself establish full accessibility.
Check the applicable case in Traficom's guidance or read the PDF accessibility workflow.
THE WORK BEHIND PDF ACCESSIBILITY
A specialist inspects the tag tree, headings, lists, tables, links, reading order, images, metadata and language; then validates, corrects remaining findings and performs semantic quality assurance.

EARLY ACCESS PRICING
A 20-page PDF costs €5.80. This covers supported automatic processing, self-service review tools and evidence. You or your specialist still perform the semantic review.
