Public Early Access terms
Terms version 2026-09-07. These terms describe the current self-service product and its limits.
Service
PDFAccess checks a PDF, applies supported deterministic repairs, validates the processed copy and presents human-review tasks. It does not promise that any document will become fully accessible or legally compliant. A machine-validation pass is not a substitute for human review.
Your files
You must have the right to upload the document. During Early Access, do not upload documents containing third-party personal data unless an appropriate processing agreement and legal basis are in place. Your uploaded original is preserved and a separate processed copy is created.
Availability and limits
The service is provided for Early Access evaluation and may change, pause or refuse a document because of format, load, safety or capacity limits. Verify every output before publication or reliance.
Price, tax and payment
The free check and result preview cost €0. Unlocking a supported result is priced at €0.29 per page with a €2.90 minimum. The exact final total is calculated from the server-verified page count and shown before Stripe Checkout. Prices include applicable VAT. Stripe Tax uses the buyer's billing location and optional business VAT ID to determine the applicable treatment; the displayed total does not increase at Checkout. Payment is a one-time card payment. There is no subscription, delivery charge or payment surcharge.
Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
Before entering Checkout, the buyer must actively request delivery immediately after payment and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost when delivery begins. A successful matching payment immediately unlocks the processed PDF, evidence and review workflow. The service records the consent and provides a downloadable purchase confirmation; Stripe creates a paid invoice. Save both records.
Failed and unsupported documents
No purchase is offered for a document that fails processing or is unsupported. A cancelled or failed payment unlocks nothing. If a payment succeeds but the corresponding files cannot be unlocked because of a service fault, contact henri.tikkanen@tikkaconsult.fi with the job and Stripe transaction identifiers. The seller will investigate and, when appropriate, refund the charge through Stripe. The seller is liable for defects in the digital service under mandatory Finnish consumer law; this policy does not limit those rights.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints first to the seller using the email or phone below. If the matter cannot be resolved, a consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
